If your order has been paid, you must contact us within 12 hours for any changes.  Once the shipping process has started the order cannot be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.  You can request a refund or reshipment of ordered products if:

  • You do not receive your items within the guaranteed maximum shipping time (60 business days excluding  our 2-5 business days for order processing).
  • You received the wrong item.
  • You are not satisfied with the product.  In this case you must return the item(s) at your expense and the item(s) must be unused. Please contact us if for return requests.

We do not issue refunds if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors you control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. shipment not cleared by customs or delayed by a natural disaster).
